A 39-year-old woman from Cornwall is facing 20 charges relating to various police investigations.
Police alleged the woman removed merchandise from a Ninth Street West business on June 9 and July 15, without paying for it either time. A warrant was issued for her arrest. Police alleged the woman failed to appear in Cornwall court on July 10, after which another warrant was issued for her arrest.
