The Boston Red Sox could have an intriguing pitcher working his way through the system.

Boston’s farm system has seen the likes of Roman Anthony, Marceo Mayer, Ceddanne Rafaela, and Krisitan Campbell reach the big leagues as of late, but the Red Sox still have some intriguing prospects.

Red Sox chief baseball officer Craig Breslow shared high praise for 22-year-old pitcher Luis Perales. Breslow said the pitcher has “elite stuff” and is eager about his future.

“The most important thing is getting him back on the field,” Breslow said , via The Athletic. “We’ve seen elite stuff. Fastball velo to 101 mph, I think, the secondaries that generate a ton of whiffs.
