GV Wire’s Edward Smith talks with KMPH Fox 26 “Great Day” anchor Liz Gonzalez about the City of Fresno’s new tax on housing and commercial development.

Business owners say they did not know about the proposal until very recently.

Fresno City Attorney Andrew Janz said the city’s rules on how the tax affects new and expanding businesses aren’t clearly written.
