INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Sheriffs’ Association (ISA) today announced the graduation of 40 public-safety leaders from the West Point Leadership program, delivered in partnership with the National Command & Staff College (NCSC).

This is ISA’s third West Point Leadership class, bringing the Association’s three-year total to more than 150 graduates—a clear testament to ISA’s sustained, statewide commitment to excellence in leadership training and development.

Locally, Sergeant Paul Waller from the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office was among the graduates of the West Point Leadership Cohort.
