CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (KKTV) - The 23 rd Judicial District Attorney’s Office said a coach in Parker has been found guilty of sexually assaulting teen athletes at the “Strength in Christ” gym in Parker.
The Attorney’s Office said 51-year-old Aaron Thomas Carrado was found guilty of 12 charges, including six counts of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust as a pattern of abuse.
According to the Attorney’s Office, Carrado was a trainer at the “Strength in Christ” gym in Parker. Two of the athletes that he coached testified that he sexually assaulted them repeatedly between 2019 and 2022, officials said.
The assaults reportedly occurred at the gym as well as other locations. Officials said one victim was 15 years old at the time and the other was 16 years old when it happen
