Wednesday's Injury Report

For the second week in a row, the Seahawks opened their practice week with what they refer to as an ACT practice, a lower-intensity practice focused on alignment, communication and technique that allows the team to get good work in while taking it easier on players' bodies.

Because of that, Wednesday's injury report is an estimation of participation had they held a full practice, and that estimated report showed some progress for multiple players who missed Seattle's Week 10 win over Arizona due to injury.

Linebacker Ernest Jones IV (knee), receiver Tory Horton (shin/heel) and cornerback Josh Jobe (concussion) were all listed as limited after missing Sunday's game. Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald said their status for this week's game isn't yet known, but said th
