BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A strong geomagnetic storm impacted the Earth Tuesday Night, resulting in visible aurora across most of the United States. The best views came from the northern portions of the country, however sky watchers across the Brazos Valley also got to catch a glimpse of the extraordinary sight.
Although the lights were mostly only seen through a camera lens, a sighting at all in Texas is considered extremely rare.
