LAS VEGAS -- Detroit Tigers ace left-hander Tarik Skubal has etched his name into baseball history after another dominant season.
Skubal was crowned the 2025 American League Cy Young Award winner on Wednesday, becoming the first pitcher to claim back-to-back honors since Jacob deGrom (2018-19), and the first in the AL since Pedro Martinez (1999-2000).
