Meghan Markle has been accused of committing "crimes against bagels" after unveiling her go-to breakfast creation on social media.

The 44-year-old Duchess of Sussex shared the recipe via Instagram Stories on Tuesday, posting it across both her As Ever lifestyle account and her personal profile.

In the clip, Meghan slapped a blob of cream cheese on a plate, swirled it around with a spoon and topped it with USD$15 (AUD$22) worth of decorative flower sprinkles.

She then sliced a single strawberry, neatly arranging the pieces between the sprinkles and on top of the cream cheese, before setting several raw bagel pieces beside it.
