GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Grand Rapids Police Department told 13 On Your Side that a man was shot on the city's southeast side Wednesday night.

The shooting occurred near the intersection of Kalamazoo Avenue and Hall Street. Police could not share many details, but said the victim was an adult man.

They did not yet have any information to share about what may have led up to the shooting or a possible suspect.
