Brickell condo manager accused of stealing $140,000 through ghost payroll scheme

Former Brickell building manager was arrested and accused of scamming condo owners by forging payroll records to pay ghost employees. Prosecutors say she stole more than $140,000 in HOA funds over seven years while managing the Clubs at Brickell Bay Condominium.
