Baba Kalyani, Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Forge , said the company’s long-term strategy is to pivot its business towards India, given the country’s strong growth outlook over the next two decades.
“Our overall strategy is to pivot our business to the India-centric business, because we believe that India is going to be the largest growing market for the next 15–20 years,” Kalyani said. He added that all mergers, acquisitions, and inorganic activities will focus on this growth opportunity, in line with the government’s Viksit Bharat vision.
