New Delhi [India], November 13 (ANI): India's warehousing and logistics sector saw a clear rebound in Q3 of CY2025, with national absorption rising 64 per cent compared to the previous quarter, according to data shared in a Vestian press release.

The sector recorded 9.2 million sq ft of absorption in Q3 CY2025. However, the activity was still 36 per cent lower than the same quarter last year, when absorption had touched a record high.

Mumbai led the recovery with the highest share of pan-India absorption. The city contributed nearly 47 per cent of the total, amounting to 4.29 million sq ft. This marked a sharp 377 per cent increase from the previous quarter and a 10 per cent rise from Q3 CY2024.
