New Delhi: The United States has described the recent car explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort, which killed at least nine people, as a “clear act of terrorism.” US Secretary of State Marco Rubio lauded India’s measured and professional approach in handling the investigation, saying New Delhi’s response has been “responsible and restrained.”
