JAMMU, Nov 13: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday said those behind the Delhi blast should be given the strictest punishment, but every kashmiri should not be targeted.

The Chief minister said only a few elements were responsible for disturbing peace and harmony in the region.

A blast in a car, which was being driven by Dr Umar Nabi, near the Red Fort in Delhi killed 12 people.
