Following its recent VOD release, Netflix has confirmed that in the United States, it’ll serve as the streaming-video-on-demand home for Lilly , a courtroom drama from distributor Blue Harbor Entertainment.

Arriving on Netflix on November 19th, 2025, the movie follows the true story of Lilly Ledbetter, who led the charge in the historic Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. case, where, after learning she’s paid significantly less than her peers, she takes her employer to court in a landmark battle for equal pay.

Patricia Clarkson leads the cast as Lilly, best known for roles in Pieces of April , The Station Agent , The Maze Runner , and HBO’s Six Feet Under and Sharp Objects . She’s joined by Thomas Sadoski , John Benjamin Hickey , Will Pullen , Josh McDermitt
