Blair has more than a decade of legal experience in federal and local government with a focus on transportation, administrative and real estate law, according to a release.

Before joining the Airport Authority, Blair served as a senior analyst at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where he drafted and negotiated agreements related to infrastructure and real estate, developed departmental policies and regulations, and counseled on compliance with federal aviation standards.
