A Florida woman is in jail after she allegedly assaulted a sheriff's deputy who told her to stop calling 911 to request a ride home.
Baylee Jordan Graham, 30, was arrested on Tuesday by a deputy with the Alachua County Sheriff's Office who responded to a call from a McDonald's in Gainesville saying that Graham was refusing to come out of the bathroom. According to an arrest report reviewed by Law&Crime, a deputy arrived at the restaurant shortly after midnight and attempted to make contact with Graham, who gave a fake name when asked.
When Graham finally came out of the bathroom, the deputy charged Graham's phone so she could call for a ride. Graham then allegedly placed a call to 911, requesting a ride home.
