Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu is scheduled to visit Chhattisgarh via Jharsuguda on November 20 and Odisha on November 27 for a series of official engagements. Ahead of the President’s visit, the Odisha Government on Wednesday conducted two high-level preparatory meetings to review the arrangements.
The first meeting, held at Lok Seva Bhawan under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, reviewed logistics and security measures related to the President’s transit through Jharsuguda. The State Home Department presented a detailed briefing on the President’s itinerary and the preparedness at the district level.
As per the schedule, President Murmu will depart from New Delhi at 8:25 AM on November 20 by a special Indian Air Force aircraft and land at Veer Surendra Sai Airport
