NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A package delivery driver is charged with attempted criminal homicide after police said she shot at another driver following an argument.
Officers responded to reports of shots fired near Harding Place and Humber Drive on November 12.
The victim told officers that a woman driving a Budget box truck pulled out a gun and fired shots towards his car after an argument.
His car had damage to both the driver and passenger doors, according to MNPD.
Someone who witnessed the shooting followed the delivery truck and alerted police to its location on South Perimeter Park Drive.
That’s where officers said they found the suspect, 33-year-old Lacole Douglas, continuing to deliver packages.
Douglas admitted to firing shots at the victim but claimed it was in self-defense,
