Bhubaneswar: A stampede-like situation broke out at the Shreya Ghoshal concert at Cuttack’s historic Baliyatra ground on Wednesday evening, leaving two visitors fainting. The incident occurred near the stage barricade, where a huge crowd had gathered to catch a glimpse of the Bollywood playback singer.

According to eyewitnesses, the crowd had become restless as the concert was about to begin, leading to a surge in the crowd. Two people, including a woman, fainted in the chaos. They were immediately administered first aid at the on-site first aid centre and later shifted to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
