India Today’s Special Investigation Team (SIT) visited Al Falah University in Faridabad, where two doctors linked to the Red Fort blast case, Dr Umar Mohammad and Dr Muzammil Saeed, once taught. Students and staff spoke about their experiences with the doctors who have now been accused of being involved in terror activities.
After speaking with several students and staff, the India Today team learnt that Dr Umar Mohammad, the suicide bomber of the i20 car blast near the Red Fort on November 10, followed strict segregation practices in his classroom. Students said he enforced the “Taliban model” during his lectures. To protect the identities of the students and staff we spoke to, we have not revealed their names, and blurred their faces while using their images on TV.
