HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) - Connecticut’s governor said the state added up to 1,000 new spaces in its Early Start CT program.

Gov. Ned Lamont also announced that the state is increasing provider payments for the program by 8 percent to support providers with operational costs and increased staff compensation.

The additions go into effect in Jan. 2026.
