All Smithsonian museums that were closed due to the government shutdown are expected to reopen on Monday.
The Smithsonian’s website said all of its “museums, research centers and the zoo” remain closed Thursday.
“The National Museum of American History, the National Air and Space Museum, and the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center will reopen on Friday, Nov. 14,” the statement on the website reads.
“All other museums, research centers, and the National Zoo will reopen on a rolling basis by Monday, Nov. 17. Please check back for more reopening updates,” it adds.
