ANAHEIM, Calif. — Breathe in, breathe out, Hilary Duff stans because this is “what dreams are made of.”

The millennial role model that is Hilary Duff has returned to music with her new single “Mature.” It’s Duff’s first song in a decade, with her last album, “Breathe In. Breathe Out.” being released in June 2015. Duff also surprised fans by announcing that she would be doing four live performances as part of the “Small rooms, big nerves” tour happening at the end of January. The tour will kick off in London on Jan. 19, stop in Toronto on Jan. 24, visit Brooklyn, New York, on Jan. 27, and end in Los Angeles at the Wiltern on Jan. 29.
