His firm, a Delaware institution with 20 attorneys and four decades of corporate work, didn’t appear in the AI-generated response.

A competitor firm half their size? Featured second, with an AI summary highlighting their “M&A expertise and Delaware Court of Chancery experience.”

Across Delaware, business buyers are using AI platforms to research vendors, compare service providers, and make six-figure purchasing decisions, and most established firms are completely invisible in these searches.
