OTTAWA — Prime Minister Mark Carney is in west-central British Columbia on Thursday to unveil Canada’s latest round of nation-building projects.
The announcement, set to take place at 2:15 p.m. Eastern from Terrace, B.C. is the latest round in what Carney promises will be “nation-building projects” meant to bolster Canada’s economy and decrease Canada’s reliance on imports.
Carney had promised the second round of projects would be unveiled before this Sunday’s Grey Cup , where the Montreal Alouettes are set to battle against the Saskatchewan Roughriders in Winnipeg.
