What's Timber Top's new name now that apartment complex has been sold?

The Timber Top Apartments & Townhomes in Akron has changed hands, as has the nearby Timberland Village Apartments.

Timber Top is now known as The Ridge at Merriman Valley Apartments & Townhomes, and Timberland has taken on the name The Bend at Merriman Valley Apartment Homes, according to Morgan Properties , a Conshohocken, Pennsylvania-based real estate firm.
