LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) announced that SNAP beneficiaries should expect to receive full benefit amounts for November to be disbursed to cards late Thursday into Friday.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) released a revised guidance directing states to issue full benefit amounts now that the federal government shutdown officially ended.
