The Yuma Youth Hockey League (YYHL) is set to host a developmental skate clinic on Sunday.

Kids 10 and older are welcome to participate in the event at Kennedy Skate Rink on Saturday, starting at 3 p.m. and running until 4 p.m.

Two local players who are Team USA Hockey players, Ryann Gray of Gila Ridge and Luke Freeman of Yuma Catholic, are the coaches for the event.

Gray is a member of the USA National Development Program (NDP) Junior Women’s Team, while Freeman plays for the USA NDP Junior Men’s Team. Freeman is a 10U USA NDP Central Mentor and a Team USA Junior Men’s Gold Medalist.
