CANANDAIGUA, NY — The race for Canandaigua town supervisor flipped after mail-in and affidavit votes were counted Nov. 13.
But what about the too-close-to-call races for town offices in Victor and Manchester , as well as a proposition in the town of Hopewell?
The leaders in those towns after election night remain leaders now, according to unofficial results from the Ontario County Board of Elections.
Although in each of the races, as with the Canandaigua supervisor race, the margin is fewer than 20 votes, which prompts a mandatory hand recount. The results remain unofficial, and military and overseas votes still have until Nov. 17 to arrive at the Board of Elections and be counted, as long as the ballot is postmarked Nov. 4, Election Day, or earlier.
Certification of results has yet
