A man tried to use a stolen credit card and bank card, police say.
He allegedly used the credit card at a business in the 100 block of Gore Street on Monday. The male suspect was found on Wellington Street East on Tuesday evening. He’s accused of having a small amount of fentanyl in his possession and a bank card he tried to use at an ATM.

Austin Syrette, 28, was charged with fraud under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, possession of a controlled substance, two counts each unauthorized used of credit card and possession of stolen credit card and three counts failure to comply with undertaking.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
