Jarrett Allen scored a game-high 30 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the short-handed Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the host Miami Heat 130-116 on Wednesday night.
Miami, which beat visiting Cleveland on Monday, slipped to 5-1 at home despite 27 points from Norman Powell.
The Heat, though, suffered through a season-high 21 turnovers.
Cleveland never led for the first three quarters, but posted a 19-5 run to start the fourth to take a 112-102 lead.
The Cavaliers, who have won five of six, got 21 points from De'Andre Hunter and 19 points from reserve Craig Porter Jr. Lonzo Ball added 15 points and eight assists.
Aside from Powell, Miami got 15 points and a game-high 13 rebounds from Kel'el Ware and 17 points, nine rebounds and six assists from Andrew Wiggins.
