A federal judge denied one of two motions to dismiss an indictment accusing Rep. LaMonica McIver of assaulting and obstructing Department of Homeland Security and ICE agents at the Delaney Hall detention center following the chaotic arrest of Newark Mayor Ras Baraka on May 9.
