Washington ― Two members of Congress from Michigan are pressing the U.S. Postal Service for answers about the death of Nick Acker, a postal employee from Trenton whose body was found Saturday in a mail-handling machine at a Postal Service facility in Allen Park.
Democratic U.S. Reps. Debbie Dingell of Ann Arbor and Rashida Tlaib of Detroit wrote to Post Master General David Steiner on Thursday with questions about why it took employees six to eight hours to discover the 36-year-old's body, when management first realized he was missing and what was done to locate him.
