CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for a man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Woodlawn last October, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office

Kyla Woods, spokesperson for the sheriff’s office, says that deputies are looking for 18-year-old Davyeon Rutherford.

Rutherford is facing charges of tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice, Woods said.

He is accused of removing a handgun from the 10000 block of Grandview Avenue after it was used in the fatal shooting of Damian Kelly on October 25, according to a Hamilton County Municipal Court Affidavit.

Woods says that Rutherford frequents the Woodlawn and Lincoln Heights areas. He is about five feet and seven inches tall and weighs about 125 pounds. Woods says Rutherf
