Poonch, Nov 13: Authorities in border district Poonch have attached a high value property worth Rs 1.11 Cr in ongoing drive against drug trafficking and illicit narco trade.
The property, Police said, belonged to a notorious drug peddler in the district.
In its official statement, the Police informed that in connection with FIR No. 178/2025 registered at Police Station Poonch under sections 8/21/22/29 of the NDPS Act and Section 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the property belonging to Mohammad Iqbal son of Ghulam Nabi resident of Seri Khwaja, at present Kamsar Poonch was attached.
The attached property, standing in the name of his wife Shahnaz Kouser, consists of a three-storey building under construction, falling under Khasra No. 2093, measuring 10 marla, situated at Kamsar,
