CARROLL COUNTY, Ga. — Deputies with the Carroll County Sheriff's Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing man.

According to a missing person's report, 46-year-old Dino John Marks was last seen on Nov. 8, around 1:05 p.m., leaving his residence in Roopville to buy cigarettes.

Deputies say Marks was driving a black, 4-door 2009 Toyota Corolla with Georgia tag DCV9285, and his vehicle was last seen traveling east on Rockbridge Road at Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain.

Marks is described as a white male with hazel eyes and black hair. He was wearing blue jeans, a white plaid shirt, a red hoodie, and white tennis shoes. He has a red lip tattoo on his right collarbone and another tattoo on his left arm, according to the missing report.
