SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - The man charged with tagging manholes with flower graffiti in Sioux City has pleaded not guilty.

The attorney for 46-year-old Brandon Bradshaw of Sioux City has entered a plea of not guilty. Court documents also show Bradshaw waived his right to a speedy trial.

Bradshaw is charged with criminal mischief and consuming alcohol in a public setting. This comes after Bradshaw has arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 4, after officers responded to 3500 Ridge Ave, finding Bradshaw in the middle of the roadway, according to KTIV’s previous reporting.

His arrest comes after Sioux City Police say they’ve fielded several complaints about flower graffiti in the Morningside area since September.
