WILMINGTON —- Veteran hospitality executive Jeff Crivello may be next in line to take over Iron Hill Breweries, including the Wilmington Riverfront and Rehoboth Beach locations.

A bankruptcy judge in New Jersey has approved a motion to sell assets and leases of the Iron Hill locations to Crivello, the former CEO of barbeque chain Famous Dave’s of America Inc. Crivello now owns Ciao Hospitality and Trew Capital Management.

The $12 million deal included $3,000 for the liquor licenses in Iron Hill’s three Delaware locations.

Legal documents show that Crivello’s IH Restaurants LLC will purchase 12 locations. Seven other locations will be liquidated with assets like equipment and furniture being sold in a December auction.
