DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- A jazz club in Durham is now closed after two years in the Bull City.
Missy Lane's Assembly Room shared a post on Facebook today saying:
"Missy Lane's is closing, but the music lives on."
They say their nonprofit foundation will continue the mission through Missy Lane's Block Party and other jazz education programs.
The jazz venue opened in downtown Durham in 2023 with live jazz performances and community events.
They did not share why they decided to close, but thanked the community for their support.
