TikToker Brenay Kennard ’s alleged affair is costing her a pretty penny.

A Jury ordered the 26-year-old to pay $1.75 million to Akira Montague , the ex-wife of her former manager and current romantic partner, Tim Montague , for their alleged affair.

Brenay was found liable on Nov. 10 of engaging in criminal conversation with Tim and alienation of affection during his marriage, according to NBC News .

She is set to pay $250,000 for the criminal conversation, as well as $1.5 million in damages for the alienation of affection claim.

In May 2024, the TikToker—who has over two million followers on the app—was sued by Akira under North Carolina’s alienation of affection act, which allows a spouse to sue a third party if they believe the person caused the spouse to end their marriage
