None of the current Notre Dame-Green Pond High School football players have been part of a District 11 title. In fact, the Crusaders haven’t lifted a district championship trophy since winning back-to-back crowns in 2015-2016.

Notre Dame will get a chance to return to district glory at 7 p.m. Friday when it clashes with fellow unbeaten Northwestern Lehigh in the District 11 Class 3A final at Catasauqua’s Alumni Field.
