ORANGE, Ohio -- Village Council has approved the purchase of two pieces of equipment that will allow the Service Department to do a better job of plowing snow from the village’s recreational trails this winter.

On Wednesday (Nov. 12), council approved the purchase of an ASV RT50 track loader with a 60-inch Erskine snow blower attachment from Buckeye Power Sales.

They also approved the purchase of a Virnig 60-inch v-plow from Southeastern Equipment Co.

Total cost for both pieces of equipment is $72,078.

Buckeye Power Sales has an office in Twinsburg and Southeastern Equipment is based in Cambridge, Ohio.
