LUDINGTON, MI – When it comes to the transition from Thanksgiving to Christmas, this Up North doesn’t miss a beat: Roast a turkey on Thursday, recover from overeating on Friday, then visit with Santa on Saturday.

That’s when holiday magic arrives in Ludington. This time of year, the Lake Michigan beach destination transforms into a merry-and-bright winter wonderland.

On Saturday, Nov. 29, the downtown will welcome holiday cheer with a lighted parade, community tree lighting, live music, visits with Santa, and shopping deals.
