TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - New details have emerged about an officer-involved shooting that took place in October, leading to multiple felony charges against the suspect.
According to a press release, the incident happened on Oct. 25 and began around 9:40 a.m. when Tucson Police officers responded to a shooting at an apartment complex on East Old Spanish Trail. The suspect allegedly fired at an occupied apartment , but no injuries were reported.
Shortly after, a suspect with a similar description was linked to an armed robbery at the Walmart Neighborhood Market on East Broadway Boulevard. Officers arrived at the Walmart at about 9:45 a.m. and confronted the suspect, who fired at them.
