BAGLEY, Minn. — A Clearwater County Sheriff's deputy shot and killed a suspect who fired a flare-type weapon at police after a Thursday, Nov. 13, vehicle pursuit in Bagley, Minnesota.
The names of the suspect or deputy involved are not being released at this time, according to a news release from the Clearwater County Sheriff's Office.
The incident began just after noon on Thursday, Nov. 13, in Bagley, according to the news release.
A deputy was patrolling near a convenience store on the 1300 block of Central Street West when they recognized an adult male at a gas pump who had a felony warrant out for his arrest, the release said.
