The Alabama State Department of Education has released the latest school report card on the performance of schools and systems across the state.
The 2024-2025 report card includes public and charter schools statewide. The results are based on factors including achievement, growth, graduation rate, career readiness and student absenteeism.
In our area, Montgomery County Schools received a C rating, which matches what they received last year.
The other major school system in Montgomery County, Pike Road Schools, once again received an A. Auburn City Schools also received an A.
