An IED detonated early Thursday outside a restaurant near the Las Vegas Strip, damaging the building but causing no injuries, officials said. No arrests have been made. The blast occurred at Piero’s, located on Convention Center Drive across from the Las Vegas Convention Center, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Investigators say two men dressed in black approached the front entrance, placed the device, and ignited it. The building was empty at the time, and the device exploded moments later.
