CINCINNATI —
The City of Cincinnati is updating a decade-old plan – known as Revive Cincinnati - to develop land across the city.
Revive Cincinnati focuses on Mitchell Avenue, North and South Cumminsville, Hopple Street and the Queensgate/West End areas. Advertisement
The goal of the project is to plan for areas of development and reconnect neighborhoods with walking and biking trails.
Officials are identifying unused land in each of the areas involved, including on Mitchell Avenue, which could see a mixed-use development along Interstate-75.
In Queensgate and Downtown Cincinnati, there could be more business district rehabilitation, pocket parks and a walking network.
The plan remains in the testing phase right now, and officials hope to have more approved in the spring and summer
